Spazio sensoriale is an experiential architecture that invites the visitor to perceive the matter of silence. A threshold path leads into a structure of concrete and light, where the rhythm of the vertical pillars – like trees or breaths – marks the dialogue between interior and nature. It is a place to be crossed slowly, where space becomes sound, and sound dissolves in the measure of light. A minimal gesture that holds a question: how much silence inhabits architecture? Casa 1 was born from the encounter between the rigor of geometry and the sweetness of mediterranean light. A suspended, pure volume, in dialogue with the water and the landscape, where every element is measured against the calm of time. The smooth and silent concrete becomes a reflective surface for the sea light. The large openings don't seek the view: they let it in, they make it inhabit. The bare and bright interiors capture the breath of the place, transforming the void into a sensitive space. Every passage, every threshold, is a moment of pause, an invitation to contemplation. In house 1, building means subtracting, letting the material tell the story of the quiet.

The client's brief was to unite art, culture, and nature. The ultimate goal was to create a true art house, where nature, art, and humanity could be one. We wanted to bring nature into the space through its phenomena. Capturing light, wind, and materiality, we wanted to create a space, an interstitial space, that would house a showcase for art, and where the interior merges with the exterior, nature and artifice resonate and enter into a symbiosis that brings out the culture of living. Being there as a presence harmonizes with the environment and begins to vibrate and merge with the body of water from which the building emerges. This vibration harmonizes the environment and creates a place of calm and silence. The silence and apparent coolness are animated by the presence of man, and through natural phenomena, they awaken the senses and open the soul to a sense of belonging, stimulating culture. The project originated within the tiergarten park, in a location known by the name of the sculpture positioned at the center of the space. Amazone zu pferde had to remain within the project; given the circular shape of the space, we conceived of a truly circular building, yet one that would create a void. Within this void, at the center of this void, the statue of amazone zu pferde marks time and regulates the proportions of the space. A convex roof defines the architecture and appears suspended in the air, thus accentuating the sense of suspension that contrasts with its materiality. A reinforced concrete wall delimits the space, and a glass wall open towards the center forms a gallery between the interior and the exterior, where art can be displayed, as in a glass case, lending it a sense of sacredness.

Suspension and circularity, along with the fluidity of space, form the foundation of the project. A sculpture where two intersecting rings lean on each other, creating distinct spaces, not only in terms of function but also in terms of light and energy. In the southern area you can enjoy the predominant view of the lake, a swimming pool delimits the space between the man-made living area and nature, here the first ring opens and the projecting one wants to close on itself, but ends in an overhang creating a sense of suspension. The living and sleeping areas on the upper floor rest on a semi-recessed parallelepiped that houses the service and accessory areas, including a home theater, a music room, a commercial kitchen, and a showroom, as well as a cellar and storage areas. The master bedroom also features a servants' quarters; a custom-built eight-car garage overlooks the breathtaking view of lake garda through a large window. A double-height living room overlooks the south-facing pool, with large circular sliding windows allowing it to be fully opened, seamlessly connecting the interior and exterior. Above the bedrooms, on one side lies the master suite with its own living room, bathroom, and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a large walk-in closet. On the other side, there is a family living room with a tv corner, and three spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, as well as private terraces. One of these is reserved for private guests, boasting a large balcony overlooking the open space and a truly breathtaking view of lake garda.

Un tempio per tutti i culti che permette di stupirsi e meravigliarsi, ponendo l'anima in uno stato di profonda calma e comprensione. Ognuno può, a modo suo, entrare in contatto con il proprio sé più profondo e riscoprire la fenomenologia attraverso gli eventi. Nove colonne si ergono da uno specchio d'acqua a rappresentare la presenza umana sulla terra, un calmo logo ipogeo racchiuso da una griglia di legno ospita quattro croci che sembrano volersi abbracciare; qui, ognuno può, a modo suo, avvicinarsi alla spiritualità e alle profondità della propria anima.

Il tempio del silenzio nasce da un'esigenza: restituire all'umanità un luogo dove poter tornare a percepire. Non è un edificio, non è un monumento, non è uno spazio simbolico. è un'esperienza. è un viaggio lento che riporta il corpo alla sua presenza, la mente al suo respiro, la luce al suo ritmo naturale. L'intero progetto è costruito come una sequenza di soglie: passaggi stretti, aperture orizzontali, corsi d'acqua, pareti curve che accompagnano senza dirigere. Ogni passaggio rallenta, sospende, disarma. è il corpo a decidere il tempo, non lo spazio. La luce è la vera materia dell'opera. Entra dall'alto come uno spicchio di cielo, scivola su superfici opache, si posa delicatamente sulle curve. Non illumina: respira. Il suo ritmo lento governa l'intera esperienza, trasformando l'architettura in un silenzioso orologio di ombre e luci. I materiali sono ridotti all'essenziale: superfici chiare e porose, capaci di assorbire la luce senza rifletterla, di assorbire il tempo e restituirlo sotto forma di calma. L'acqua, presente come piano orizzontale, non è decorazione ma assenza: permette alla luce di duplicarsi e al visitatore di vedere la propria presenza riflessa senza risalto. Il tempio non cerca la vista: cerca il respiro. Le aperture non incorniciano il paesaggio, lo lasciano entrare. L'esterno non è altrove: è la naturale continuità dell'interno. La foresta, il cielo e l'acqua diventano parte dell'architettura senza essere rappresentati. Tutto è misura. Non c'è retorica formale, nessun gesto spettacolare, nessuna voglia di stupire. Costruire poco, costruire solo ciò che serve: questa è la sua etica. Il risultato è uno spazio che non porta il visitatore a contemplare, ma a esistere. Un luogo dove il silenzio non è assenza di suono, ma ritorno alla percezione primaria. Dove la mente smette di correre e il corpo ricomincia a vedere. Il tempio del silenzio è la risposta a un mondo che ha perso la sua profondità. è un invito a tornare sulla terra con tutta la vostra presenza.

Non è un museo che visiti. è un luogo che ti guarda, prima ancora che tu lo guardi. Ti accoglie con la calma di un respiro che non chiede nulla – e per un attimo dimentichi chi sei. C'è l'acqua, che è silenziosa. C'è il cielo, che cambia. C'è la luce, che entra lentamente e non ferisce. Non succede nulla, eppure tutto accade. Il rumore del mondo rimane fuori, come un pensiero che si è stancato di urlare. Ogni passo risuona dentro di te. Ogni ombra diventa una compagna. Ti ritrovi a pensare che forse non c'è bisogno di capire: resta e basta. Non sai se questo posto è una casa, un tempio, un giardino o un sogno. Sai solo che ti fa bene. Il che in qualche modo ti restituisce un silenzio che non avevi più. E allora capisci che non stai guardando un'opera di architettura, Ma una condizione dell'anima: Il momento in cui la luce smette di spiegare e inizia a custodire.

Non è una scultura che cerca di imporsi, non ricerca il peso monumentale della materia da cui proviene: al contrario, sembra liberarsi dalla massa, levitare, suggerendo un'eleganza sospesa. La sua geometria nasce dall'incontro tra linee rette e curve, tra rigore e abbandono. In questo dialogo sottilissimo, la lastra di pietra – normalmente destinata a rimanere statica – diventa un organismo che respira. Ogni piega, ogni torsione è una variazione misurata della luce, un modo per lasciare che l'ombra diventi spazio e lo spazio silenzio. Accade come un frammento di architettura rivelato, una porta che conduce non a un luogo ma a una condizione. Accade come un equilibrio impossibile, tenuto insieme dal rapporto tra gravità e leggerezza, tra materia e vuoto. La sua presenza è discreta, quasi timida, eppure irriducibile: si muove senza muoversi, ruota senza ruotare. è una forma che invita lo spettatore a camminarle intorno, a scoprire come il profilo cambi a ogni passo, come se la scultura fosse un tempo più che un oggetto.
