Working from an initial design provided by an artist commissioned by the client, the concept was developed with a series of adaptations to give the composition harmony and proportion. For the residence, we also produced the balustrades for the windows, the external fence and the balustrade for the main staircase with hand-forged leaves and gold-leaf finish. The details To produce the bronze decorations, the designer’s drawings were transformed into clay models, and then cast.

Precious bevelled glass and wrought iron is the perfect match for the elegant bar door it has long handles upholstered in genuine burgundy red leather, by the leather master craftsmen, and squares pattern grille with bevelled glass inserts. The glass, with its bevels all around the entire edge, enhance and gives brilliance to the bronze, creating a unique and one of a kind work of art.

In partnership with ak design studio based in london, our workshop created the decorative wrought iron panel for the entrance to the chavot brasserie, which has been under the direction of the award-winning chef eric chavot for the last two years. The art deco-inspired design and decorations were created to provide a harmonious symbiosis with the motifs present on the exclusive mosaic floor. As a final treatment, a bronze-based patina was applied, using a lighter finish for the decorative elements than for the structure itself. Following the client’s instructions, villi zanini and the interior design studio developed an original design for this decorative wrought-iron balustrade for the internal staircase and for the exterior railing of the residence. The decorative features on the balustrade of the double staircase, which continues upstairs, are characterized by curl motifs combined with wrought iron leaves with a gold leaf finish. The details Every single decorative element was hand-forged with great attention to detail and then embellished with a transparent polish to enhance the natural beauty of the metal.

The interior design of this luxury yacht originates from a partnership between the benetti group and the renowned yacht design studio of andrew winch, with the participation of villi zanini for the design of the decorative elements of the curved wrought iron staircase. Production of a two-storey curved staircase designed in partnership with the client and arte 2000, a craft workshop specializing in the artistic working of marble. Working only on technical drawings, single decorative wrought iron panels were designed, and then subsequently fixed to the self-supporting marble steps. The style of the balustrade is contemporary, characterized by a recurrent element featuring a stylized leaf, while the ironwork has classic styling. The details The design of balustrades for the curved stairs is complex but fascinating. The geometry of the decorations must be adapted to the shape of the staircase in order to guarantee aesthetic harmony to the whole structure.
